My FR10 fixture-to-tray spacer transfer keeps needing point edits. Tray appears unchanged, grip less square. What can maintenance inspect first without replacing parts on the strength of that appearance?

Is the block already sitting differently in the source fixture before the fingers close?
25分Maintenance's isolated bench comparison found one block rocking before gripping; its locating face has a raised damaged edge. The other identified samples seated consistently in that check.
