My FR10 fixture-to-tray spacer transfer keeps needing point edits. Tray appears unchanged, grip less square. What can maintenance inspect first without replacing parts on the strength of that appearance?
Maintenance's isolated bench comparison found one block rocking before gripping; its locating face has a raised damaged edge. The other identified samples seated consistently in that check.
Earlier blocks were not identified in the edit notes. Damaged block is held out, but it cannot explain all those adjustments; program review and a controlled handling comparison remain necessary.
