Our UR5e sleeve-loading package pauses intermittently. The seller on Alibaba has a phone video showing the stopped arm, but the job step and message are unreadable. They want more information. I need a capture request that tells our operator exactly what is missing.

Ask for the occurrence time, readable message, active job step and the matching controller and PLC records, with a view of the relevant fixture; keep one occurrence together so support isn't diagnosing a pose from one stop with a message from another.
