The seller now says the invoice quantity means pieces. I have its final message spelling out each kit's contents. How do I keep the reply focused on the eight missing blocks?
Put the agreed per-kit contents beside required and received quantities for each component, with the eight-block shortage explicit. Keep the sealed-delivery and unpacked-count photographs with that comparison.
