I can't reconcile 112 kits with 104 locating blocks

We ordered accessories for 112 FR5 setup kits, with one locating block in each. The sealed box contains 104 blocks and enough of the other agreed components. The seller now says the invoice quantity means pieces. I have its final message spelling out each kit's contents. How do I keep the reply focused on the eight missing blocks?

Put the agreed per-kit contents beside required and received quantities for each component, with the eight-block shortage explicit. Keep the sealed-delivery and unpacked-count photographs with that comparison.

Sent that table. The seller acknowledges 104 blocks but says the total number of loose pieces exceeds 112. It still hasn't answered the per-kit message.

Ask them to answer that message directly. A screw surplus won't locate a fixture.

I have quoted its contents confirmation and asked whether it will supply the eight blocks. Our stores limit is 104 complete kits meanwhile.

Keep the incomplete balance visible to whoever issues components too, especially if the bins remain separate rather than being packed into individual kits.

Bins are separate, but the issue sheet names the limiting block quantity and the open shortage. The seller is checking with packing. No replacement commitment yet.

Let us know whether packing's answer includes eight actual blocks.
