Ask for the identified package's carrier or agent handover record, with the crate mark and stated contents. A label can exist before anybody collects anything, however many times shipped is written above it.
19分They named an agent, but no handover record. I've sent the crate mark to that contact.
10分Does the agent recognise receiving it, or only arranging transport? That distinction matters more than another predicted arrival date.
15分And keep the tray gripper in the contents question. Finding a booking for an arm would not confirm the complete package you ordered.
