Seller keeps calling our FR5 shipped. Same unmoving label. Who supposedly collected the arm and tray gripper?

Ask for the identified package's carrier or agent handover record, with the crate mark and stated contents. A label can exist before anybody collects anything, however many times shipped is written above it.

They named an agent, but no handover record. I've sent the crate mark to that contact.

Does the agent recognise receiving it, or only arranging transport? That distinction matters more than another predicted arrival date.

And keep the tray gripper in the contents question. Finding a booking for an arm would not confirm the complete package you ordered.

Agent recognises the booking only. No receipt. Gripper is on the seller's packing list, still unverified.
