The better spacer demonstration also had the easier tray

I am comparing the UR5e with another candidate for loading moulded spacers into a fixture. Both videos look promising. One starts from a tidy demo tray, the other from my awkward workshop tray. I don't know how much of the apparent difference belongs to the robot, and I don't want to choose by the tidier film.

Compare the supplied arrangements first, not the arm names. Do you intend to keep your workshop tray or pay to change it?

Include the labour of filling the tidy tray. That preparation can be part of the difference you're currently attributing to the machine.

Keeping our tray was an assumption, not a requirement. I have asked for both alternatives to be scoped: our current tray, or a changed presentation with the preparation work included. There isn't enough in either film to rank them yet.

Would the changed tray still fit your next operation, or move the awkward transfer there?
