I added a locator to our FR10 housing transfer trial. Same tray ran better for a few supervised runs, then the replacement tray missed a pickup. I was about to report it fixed... clearly too soon. What would be a fair update?
Locator helped until we changed the tray

State the observed improvement with the first tray and the miss after replacement, including tray identities and trial conditions; neither observation cancels the other.
16分Written it that way. Replacement tray has a different locator recess, found during the fitter's inspection. We're checking it now, so I'm not yet saying that's why it missed.
4分Include that difference as an investigation finding, then leave the cause open until the seating and pickup checks connect it to the miss.
