I added a locator to our FR10 housing transfer trial. Same tray ran better for a few supervised runs, then the replacement tray missed a pickup. I was about to report it fixed... clearly too soon. What would be a fair update?
State the observed improvement with the first tray and the miss after replacement, including tray identities and trial conditions; neither observation cancels the other.
Written it that way. Replacement tray has a different locator recess, found during the fitter's inspection. We're checking it now, so I'm not yet saying that's why it missed.
