I'd like a simple check before another FR10 reteach. Our sleeve tray stays against its painted marks, but the latch feels different after cleaning. The grip has gradually become less square.
Ask maintenance to inspect the locating and clamping features, because a tray can remain near painted marks while no longer seating consistently against its intended references.
Maintenance found wear at the latch contact. No repair done yet. The painted marks were a poor check (apparently my measuring system was mostly optimism).
After the latch is restored, compare repeated seating against the actual locators before judging the robot points; the wear finding is relevant, but it does not exclude a separate tooling issue.
