Write down the tray differences first. You might already have enough information to explain why the clips cannot rank the arms, before asking anyone to film again.

10分Does the brief let you record a proposed tray change as a separate costed option? That would preserve the potentially useful idea without treating the tidy tray in the old video as free preparation.
