Our pallet plan leaves the carton bottom unsupported beside the label

Our FR5 pallet proposal turns every second row so dispatch can read the labels, but that puts a strip of the carton bottom above a gap and packaging wants that edge supported; I would like dispatch and the tooling designer in the same discussion before someone promises that the gripper can simply pick it another way
