twenty-five kits, twenty-five loose fingers

I ordered 25 FR5 changeover kits, each with a left and right gripper finger. The box contains 25 individual fingers and the seller says that is the ordered quantity. Their own final contents list says pair per kit. Has anyone found a clear way to reconcile this without discussing the whole robot order again?
