Rotated component cases bridging the finger gaps

I have paused our FR10 pallet-pattern review because the rotated cases bridge gaps below their marked support edges. The tool designer needs those spaces for withdrawal. I want packaging and tooling to compare the actual filled case and both layers together before either signs its separate drawing.
