I am reviewing a gusseted-bracket process before a UR5e proposal. The old notes say aligned under restraint, out of tolerance after release, then corrected. No before-and-after numbers for the correction.
We have some identified samples and the fixture drawing. What should quality compare first so the new fixture requirements come from the current part rather than a guessed explanation for that note?
Which measurements could explain our old bracket correction?
