Why does our FR10 housing pickup need another tweak after cleaning?

I've found three saved pickup corrections for our polymer housing, all made after the fingers came off for cleaning. The housing now sits slightly turned in the grip. Nobody noted which finger went back on which side (the two look identical from above). Before we add a fourth correction, what would you compare on the removed and fitted tooling?
