Cannot choose the FR5 bracket fixture from a pass measured while clamped

The old bracket fixture gets described as proven, then I open the inspection notes and the first released measurement is outside the drawing. Final pass comes after work at another bench. I need to choose what goes into our FR5 proposal. Keep the locating arrangement? Change it? At the moment we're defending a fixture using a measurement taken while it was still holding the bracket in shape. I've asked quality for the released check and the setter for what happened at that other bench. Anything else worth recovering before the fixture meeting?
