The correction bench disappears between our bracket inspection sheets

I can account for the correction operation in our FR10 bracket estimate now. I still cannot connect its incoming and outgoing measurements: one sheet uses batch numbers, the other a welder's initials. Any cheap way to recover the link before we discard these old results?
