Can't accept our FR10 sample test from an unidentified motion clip

The seller sent another FR10 video, but I still cannot see the supplied gripper release our lightweight samples into the agreed tray. No readable package identity either. I've asked for linked identification views and one continuous handling sequence; perhaps the next recording can spend less time showing the arm waving at the ceiling.
