The sample disappears off camera just before the pickup

I showed our trainer the seller's new FR10 video and he asked to see the pickup again. There isn't one to see. The arm goes behind a box, then comes back carrying a housing. We agreed a demonstration with our samples and the ordered gripper before shipment. This clip doesn't show the package identification clearly either. I've asked for an uninterrupted view of pickup and placement with the tooling visible, but I don't want another attractive video that still leaves us guessing what we'll have to sort out when it arrives.
