Carton base rails above the second-layer gaps

I need a section through our proposed UR5e pallet stack, because the carton base rails look well supported on the first layer and partly unsupported after rotation. The tool supplier only supplied a top view. I have asked packaging to mark the surfaces that actually need support before we settle the gripper spacing.
