Why is this UR5e pallet option repeating the unsupported-end problem?

I'm checking a separate UR5e proposal for our dispatch cartons. Rotating the upper layer again puts an insert-supported end over a gap, and the tool supplier wants that same gap for withdrawal. After the earlier FR5 review I know to involve dispatch, but what comparison should I request so packaging and tooling can judge one complete arrangement?
