I need a joint description of our ordinary job interface before I can teach it. The PLC pulses an inspection request, the application sometimes misses it, and neither author's note says who retains or clears the request. The safety controls are independently engineered. This question is about identifying receipt, completion and an unresolved exchange in the inspection sequence, including restart. At present the proposed operator message is simply not ready, which describes almost nothing useful.
