our blank sheet knows the stick-out but not the blank length

I was about to blame inconsistent hand loading for our exposed-length spread, then noticed we had never measured the aluminium blanks themselves. Helpful spreadsheet, missing half the question. For the planned FR10 job I've asked inspection to identify each blank, measure its overall length and end condition, and agree the same chuck reference with the setter. Is there anything else we should capture in that comparison before asking for a loading trial?
