the delivered fr5 pads weren't in our sample trial

I need the supplied pads assessed on our plastic samples, because our FR5 order was confirmed against shaped contacts and the crate contains flat ones. Seller keeps saying same function. We haven't fitted them. The original trial showed placement into our tray, not just holding something in the air. I'm asking for that complete handling and release comparison with the delivered set, plus the drawings that identify what we're meant to maintain afterwards. Another copy of the original video isn't helping.
