Spare tool cable coming with an order we aren't placing

I chased the extra tool cable missing from our FR5 package and the seller in China said they'd tuck it into our next order. We haven't planned one. The installed cable is here and correct; it's the promised spare I need sorted. Has anyone got a useful way to ask for a standalone dispatch without the whole conversation becoming an invitation to buy more kit? I've already sent the spare line from the original agreement. They acknowledge it, then go back to talking about the next order.
