One bezel, three pictures, three different verdicts

Our quality team rated the same aluminium bezel good, doubtful and scratched from three trial photographs. I had only changed its angle under the lamp. The proposed UR5e camera station hasn't been built yet, so at least this argument is cheap. Who should own the reference set when the imaging setup can change the apparent defect this much? I need something the next shift can use without summoning the person who took the picture.
