I'm writing the FR10 spacer-blank handover and two teams keep agreeing to the word ready while describing different things. Machine supplier means request received. Integrator means loading area available. I need the document to show when receipt has happened but availability hasn't, with each ordinary indication owned by somebody. Has anyone got a useful way to lead that planning conversation?
