Our training screen calls a missed request rejected

I'm trying to explain an FR10 inspection wait to trainees, but the screen says rejected when the app may never have seen the PLC pulse; who should clear which job bits so we can tell those cases apart? This is the ordinary job interface, with separate safety controls.
