Our FR10 spacer leaves square and arrives tilted

I've kept the old point edits with the maintenance request for our FR10 spacer transfer. We have already spent enough time congratulating a good pickup while ignoring the rest of the move. This time the block looks square after leaving the source fixture, then leans as it enters the receiving tray. I want maintenance to compare the actual receiving pocket and finger clearance with the retained block. Does that sound like the right starting point before another correction gets added?
