the pouch changes are eating what the fr5 saves

I can get the FR5 to load our refill pouches into trays. That's not the problem anymore. Every new pouch shape needs another bit of presentation work, and the person I hoped to free up is still sorting and arranging them before the arm takes over. I like the setup, which is making this harder to admit. Has anyone kept one stable product on a cell like this and sent the changing orders back to manual packing? I'd like to compare that honestly before I spend another week making a new guide.
