I have two different situations stored as pending: a housing check we never sent, and one we sent before the reporting process crashed. Startup resubmits both. The second may already have finished, so I want that uncertainty retained under its attempt identity until the maintainer and quality reconcile it. The operator also needs to see which housing is held, not just another pending row. Has anyone made that distinction clear without making the history unreadable?
