Cannot close our UR5e spare-cable line on another promise

The receiving sheet had the UR5e package marked complete because the fitted pendant cable was there. I reopened the separate spare-kit line. Seller acknowledges the additional cable but only offers to put it in a future shipment. No parcel reference and no further order from us planned. Would you ask for a separate dispatch commitment first or price an identified replacement locally before discussing a credit?
