Our FR5 spare kit exists only in the order confirmation

Main package checked. Spare kit absent, including the extra pendant cable. Seller keeps answering with the installed cable photograph. I have sent the separate kit contents again and asked for a supply date or credit proposal. No parcel reference yet.
