The visitor got a proper diagnostic response from our FR10. My workshop laptop sometimes pings it and then times out on the documented read-only check. I have asked IT to compare the actual endpoint and selected route on both, because a working visitor laptop is not much of a setup instruction. What else should we retain with that comparison?
