Our housing is already crooked before the FR5 leaves the tray

I am not calling this drift yet. Our small polymer housing leans as the fingers close, and another pickup edit only hides it until the tray changes. Maintenance gets the stopped job, but nobody has compared the tray contacts with the housing that sits straight.
