I may have labelled the reflection of our light as a scratch

I was sorting example images for our planned FR10 cover inspection and noticed the brightest defect has the same kink as the strip light above my bench. Or rather, its reflection does. Before I buy another lens, I'd like to compare physical accepted and rejected covers under controlled lighting. How many different presentations would make a useful first trial without pretending we've validated the whole inspection?
