An old UR5e completion gives our newer offline attempt a pass

I can make the wrong housing attempt finish, but only when my random delays happen to line up. This is the offline bookkeeping test, not the robot. Start the newer attempt, deliver the older completion, and the new one sometimes turns green. I want a controlled event order that reproduces it every time, including the duplicate old completion, before anyone calls the retry handling fixed.
