Our setup uses Fairino FR5 for parts tray unloading with a rigid molded housing in a supervised parts transfer bench. After I added a tray locator, pickup appeared more consistent during a few supervised runs, but another miss followed tray replacement. I'd like to report both the apparent improvement and its limitation without overstating what the trial established.
