our layer pattern puts the heavy end over fresh air

I've laid out alternating cartons for the FR10 dispatch proposal and only just noticed the pump end sits over a gap on every second layer. The boxes look symmetrical from above. They aren't when you pick one up. Packaging want the load supported under that end, tooling want room beside it, and my tidy drawing currently gives neither of them an answer.
