still cannot see our fingers in the video

I requested a recording of our FR5 finger set picking and releasing the molded housings. The seller has sent another distant view of an arm moving. No order identity visible, and the tool disappears behind the tray. Forty-four days of asking now. I have sent a marked still showing the view we need. Has anyone made a pre-shipment demonstration request more specific without turning it into a long document nobody reads?
