Our UR5e spare adapter keeps joining a shipment with no number

The installed adapter checked out with the main UR5e package. Its promised spare never arrived. Thirty-one days later the seller still says next shipment without identifying one. I have separated the spare line from main-package receipt, because supplied adapter keeps being used as an answer to missing spare adapter.
