Why test our panel cups on a sheet someone already peeled off?

The supplier says the proposed FR5 vacuum tool passed its bench test, but their photo shows a single access panel on blocks, already separated from the stack. That's the easy specimen I could have handed them myself. Our thin panels arrive nested closely together and the corners can droop when lifted. I want to see one panel taken from representative stacks, supported through the transfer and released into the fixture, with a credible way of detecting a double pickup. Am I missing another question before this becomes an accepted tooling quote?
