I'm reviewing an FR10 concept for moving closed shipping cartons between packing stations. The supplier showed a lovely smooth sample; our incoming board, print and seams aren't like that. What should their assessment cover before I accept the pickup concept? I don't want the demo carton quietly becoming our purchasing specification.
