I demonstrated a clean housing transfer and everyone could start the saved job. Then break cover met an empty pocket and asked what to do. I answered from memory, which is exactly what the handover was supposed to make unnecessary. The regular operator has picked up the awkward decisions by standing beside me. The covering operator has not. I am going back through the empty-pocket and interrupted-transfer cases with the job author before making another claim that the instructions are complete. This is not somebody being reluctant to learn; they asked a question my sheet never answered.
