Our UR5e reporting mock says yes without supplying a report

Offline UR5e reporting test stays green even when I remove the code that extracts the returned identity, because our mock hands back true for every method; I want the maintainer's substitute to exercise the actual read-only response and failure shapes, with a test that notices when no useful read happened at all.
