Our FR10 acknowledgement has a job name but no clear attempt

The Python log restarts, reuses the plate job name and later records an acknowledgement. PLC and controller clocks disagree with it. I have retained all three originals. I need attempt and session identities before anyone assigns that acknowledgement by whichever timestamp looks closest.
