Cannot call our FR10 puck locator fixed after the tray swap

I fitted the new tray locator and nearly posted that our FR10 pickup problem was fixed, then a replacement tray brought a miss back; how would you describe the first tray's improved seating without implying we've checked every tray that will use this station?
