One arm crate, no controller reference

I can't book our housing-transfer installation. UR5e arm is here, controller and pendant cable aren't. Seller in China says separate shipment but keeps sending the arm's delivery reference. I've got unpacking photos, the packing list and the original crate. The label says one of one, which might only mean this consignment. Has anyone got a useful way to ask for the missing shipment details without receiving the same completed delivery screenshot again?
